Job Description:

Assist with workshop administration and communication

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create orders of external vendors on job cards.
  • Build and maintain sound relationships with internal and external clients and promptly respond/resolve client queries.
  • Create pro-forma invoices for job cards.
  • Ensure the risk file (GMR) is up to date and all forms are signed off.
  • Deposit daily bank.
  • Create job cards.

Job Requirements:

  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of workshop administration
  • Grade 12
  • Understanding of parts and maintenance items to be ordered
  • Computer literacy (MS Office)
  • Result orientated
  • Stress management
  • Accuracy and attention to detail

Qualification & Experience:

  • 6 months workshop administration experience.
