Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide telephonic and on-line support to clients on a custom software product
  • Support will be done remotely so the employee will not be required to travel
  • This is an entry-level position
  • Assisting with all telephonic queries from merchants
  • Assisting merchants with Technical queries
  • Assisting Banks and Merchants’ clients with debit order queries
  • Assisting other departments with queries

Job Requirements:

  • Must be logical thinker with good problem-solving ability
  • Good communication skills
  • Must have excellent written and oral communication abilities
  • Microsoft Windows knowledge

Qualification & Experience:

  • National Certificate Level 4 (N4) / Grade 12 (Required)
  • Less than 1 years call centre experience required
  • Call Centre Training Certificate an advantage
  • Grade 12
