Job Description:

National Brands Limited seeks to attract a suitably qualified and experienced individual to assume the role of a Customer Manager based at our Bryanston Office reporting directly to the National Customer Manager. This individual will assist the team in growing value, volume and profit in line with the business objectives through the execution of appropriate sales strategies.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyse and report on performance
  • Major customer strategy development and review
  • Category growth within major customers
  • Major customer management and support
  • Operational management of accounts
  • Trade negotiations, promotional plans and listings
  • Development of major promotions

Job Requirements:

  • Proven track record in managing a “major customer”
  • Proven track record in dealing with Wholesalers are required.

Qualification & Experience:

  • At least 5 years’ experience as a Key Account Manager or Customer Manager gained in the FMCG required
  • A completed degree in Business Management or similar
