Job Description:

This position will take on the responsibility of all the secretarial duties including the responsibility of Sales Co-ordination

Job Responsibilities:

  • Learning the DSV sales process
  • Assist staff with travel arrangements
  • Keeping minutes of management meetings and client meetings as required
  • working with the commercial team to put together presentations, profiles or tenders
  • Co-ordinating client and DSV visits to the Durban Office
  • Co-ordinating Branch Staff Functions
    Administrative Assistant to the Commercial Management and Team
  • Administration of Commercial Revenue reports

Job Requirements:

  • Drivers Licence is essential
  • High Interpersonal skills
  • Supply chain Diploma/Degree/Certificate

Qualification & Experience:

  • Matric
  • Administrative experience
  • Marketing experience
