Job Description:

To provide generalist Human Capital administration services in support of the Human Capital policies and programmes.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to a culture of service excellence that builds positive relationships and provides opportunity for feedback and exceptional service
  • Act responsibly with work related resources to contribute to cost containment
  • Report on transactional and process activities within set guidelines to provide timely information for decision making
  • Continuously assess own performance through seeking timely and clear feedback and request training where appropriate
  • Provide an administration service that meet time and quality standards and, includes reporting and updating of all relevant information
  • Comply with relevant statutory, legislative, policy and governance requirements and adhere to processes and procedures related to area of specialisation
  • Build and maintain stakeholder relationships
  • Provide support to business/HRBP through the provision of relevant process documentation to effectively manage turnaround times and drive project implementation

Qualification & Experience:

  • Experience – 1 to 3 years experience in a similar environment
  • Minimum Qualification – Relevant Diploma in Human Resources or Social Science
