Job Responsibilities:

  • Conducting training for managers, supervisors and staff on their role on EAP
  • Ensure effective and efficient functioning of wellness programme
  • Promote and support work-life balance
  • Conduct needs analysis for employees within the institution
  • Provide statistical information to the HR Manager, CEO, District Office and Head Office
  • Conduct assessment, referrals, counseling and intervention support to staff
  • Adapt and implement EAP policies and procedures for the institution

Job Requirements:

  • Policy development
  • Presentation skills
  • Analytical thinking
  • Excellent report writing skills

Qualification & Experience:

  • Degree/National Diploma in Social Science/Social Work/Employee Wellness
  • Certificate of service of previous and current experience obtaining and endorsed by Human Resource Department
  • Matric/ Senior Certificate/ Grade 12
  • 3-5 years’ experience in the Employee Wellness field
