Job Description:

This role has a balanced portfolio, you will be responsible for retention of current customer base and actively hunting for new business. Maintaining collaborative relationships with both internal and external stakeholders through identifying new business opportunities, to achieve common goals and long-term sustainable profitability.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify, source and mine business opportunities within current customer base: Identify opportunities to grow NNS and machine park within current customer base
  • Understand and analyse customer needs and provide solutions accordingly: Listen to customer needs, complete ROI and prepare customer proposal for presentation).
  • Implement successful plans & promotions at Customer and Regional level to drive solutions business: Performance against sales reports and promotion evaluations, Customer demos.
  • Follow up and report back on leads: Managing pipeline and reporting.
  • Management of sales territory and achievement of monthly and annual targets: Daily / Monthly call cycle, Sales reports, Customer Business reviews, Customer activities and contact reports.
  • Identify, source and close new business opportunities: Close deals, new accounts, Sales reports & Cold calls. Achieving monthly, quarterly and annual placement targets as part of PDP.
  • Apply outstanding Customer Service Relationship Management – Investigate and resolve all Customer queries and complaints relating to beverage solutions business: Monthly AR meetings, weekly DM Reports, Customer feedback and daily problem solving.

Job Requirements:

  • Unendorsed driver’s license – Code 08
  • PC literate- basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint)
  • Some experience in Key Accounts & Field Sales Management will be advantageous
  • Confidence in dealing with multiple data sources and adapting and responding to change
  • Minimum 3 years sales experience – with a proven track record of new business development in Coffee industry, FMCG, Hospitality, Office Automation industry.
  • Degree/Diploma – BCom, Sales & Marketing, Finance or related
  • Confident cold calling, communication, influencing, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Financial Understanding – awareness of ROI (Return of Investment)
  • Results and deadline focused

  • Problem solving, Team building and face to face Customer exposure
