Job Description:

We’re on the lookout for an experienced Field Manager who will collaborate to create growth for our Clients, Customers and our Business. Someone who has the ability to proactively influence and manage relationships and resources to ensure efficient and effective service delivery and in-store execution.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Data collection, analysis and provision of insights
  • Achieving forward share and ensuring that shelf health is implemented and maintained
  • Managing a team of in-store employees
  • Driving and achieving point of purchase objectives
  • Achieving sales targets
  • Managing promotional activity
  • Identifying and acting on new business opportunities
  • Provision of reports

Job Requirements:

  • Focus on performance and be results driven
  • Have 3-4 years’ sales experience in an FMCG or relevant environment
  • Have a code 8 drivers’ license
  • Have a relevant Diploma/Degree at NQF Level 6
  • Demonstrate sales management skills
  • Have at least 3 years’ supervisory experience
  • Be able to lead a diverse team
