Job Description:

Provide a proactive support in the day-to-day operational co-ordination and administration of the relevant Provincial portfolio. This includes responsibility for monitoring, co-ordinating, administering and reporting on all executive projects and executive staffing matters, as well as managing routine office requirements.

Job Requirements:

  • Completed secondary school/high school/A levels/Matric
  • National Certificate in Civil Engineering
  • A secretarial diploma would be an advantage
  • 3 – 4 years In an administrative role
