Job Responsibilities:

  • Map business processes for any upgrades needed on the GRM-system.
  • Assist with progress reports administration on the GRM-system.
  • Assist with change management.
  • Define, measure and analyse problems before implementing new control systems.
  • Assist with the development of training support material for different roles within GRM.
  • Train staff and students on the existing and new functionality of the GRM-system.
  • Assist with regular reports on the GRM progress, risks and challenges.
  • Assist with enquiries and troubleshooting with regard to the GRM-system.
  • Assist with induction of staff and students on the GRM-system.
  • Track and report on all UFS postgraduate students.

Job Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of People Soft functionalities to enable the flow of GRM.
  • Project Management experience.
  • Knowledge of report writing.
  • Honours degree on NQF level 8.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Understanding of higher education postgraduate administrative processes (enrolment, application, registration, ethical clearance application, thesis submission).
  • Two (2) to three (3) years’ Postgraduate Student Administration experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree on NQF level 7.
  • Experience in ACCESS or Visio.
