Job Responsibilities:

  • Capture all temporary adjustment received from all departments e.g. overtime, standby etc.
  • Implement new and changed stop orders.
  • Preparing third party schedule and sent it to the relevant companies.
  • Process legal instruction i.e. emoluments attachments orders, administration orders.

Job Requirements:

  • Computer literacy (Excel and Word processing).
  • Knowledge in Human Resources and Payroll Administration.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Grade 12, Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
  • 1- 2-year relevant experience.
